Micro Circular Connectors
The Micro Circular series are compact yet protected, with a mating length of less than 12.4mm. Male and female contacts are both shrouded by plastic insulators, creating a rugged connection system that can survive high shock and vibration while lasting over 2000 mating cycles. Versions include Straight, Right Angle Thru-Hole, Solder Cup, and Pre-Wired.
If your technology requires even greater resistance to shock and vibration, we offer the same Micro Connectors in Metal Shell versions. Sealed up to IP67 rating, the connectors can incorporate a variety of metals and finishes, along with either threaded, break-away, or twist-lock sealing mechanisms.

Micro Strip Connectors
Micro Strip Connectors offer an extremely small form factor connector package, and are ideal for compact applications that still require high-reliability. We offer Single Row, Dual Row and Dual Row Offset configurations, each with a wide variety of terminations, including Horizontal and Vertical SMT, Flex Mount, Thru Hole, Solder Cup and Pre-Wired. Standard sizes range from 2 up to 97 connections (depending on series) and custom configurations are also available.

Micro-D Connectors
Built to meet or exceed MIL-DTL-83513, our rugged Micro-D connectors are perfect for aerospace and Unmanned Vehicle Systems, where high-reliability is critical.
The gold-plated flex pins withstand more than 2000 mating cycles, while giving the connector an extremely high tolerance to shock and vibration.
This compact design can be configured with 9 to 51 contacts. Termination styles include pre-wired, Surface Mount (Horizontal, Vertical or Edge), Flex Circuit Mount, Thru-Hole (Straight or Right Angle), solder cup and jumper.
We offer Discrete Wired variants with optional over-molding, and the Saver and Jumper variants. Our connectors can be manufactured for environments up to 260°C.

Latching Micro-D Connectors
When your technology requires an extra-secure connection and tool-less mating, our Micro-D connectors also come in a latching configuration. Quick Latch is easy to use, no tools, and eliminates fumbling with frustrating threads.
We offer Quick Latch connectors in the same contact options as regular Micro-D, and with the same termination options, with the exception of Jumper and Saver. A panel mount version also is available with Discrete Wire, Cable Assembly or Solder Cups. The aluminum shell can be plated with multiple finishing options.
Nano Connectors
Small form factor, mil-spec Nano Miniature Connectors
Our wide range of high-reliability Nano Connectors features a military specification-compliant Flex-Pin contact system, spaced on 25 mil (0.64 mm) centerlines.
Nano Circular Connectors
Our Nano Circular connectors boast an industry smallest mating length of 9.0mm. Their Liquid Crystal Polymer housing shrouds the connector’s nickel gold-plated contacts, allowing the connectors to last more than 2000 mating cycles. We offer off-the-shelf versions with Straight Tail terminations, Pre-Wiring or Cable assemblies, while flex terminations and custom wire harnesses are available on request.
Our Nano Circular Connectors also come in Threaded, Twist-Lock or Break-Away Metal Shell versions with an environmental seal up to IP67. We can deliver them with Discrete Wiring or Cable Assemblies, protected by a variety of metals and finishes.

Nano Strip Connectors
Nano Strip Connectors offer an extremely small form factor connector package, ideal for compact, mission-critical connections. Single Row and Dual Row configurations offer many termination options, including Horizontal and Vertical SMT, Flex Mount, Thru Hole, Straight Tail, Flex Tail and Pre-Wired. Standard sizes range from 2 up to 60 connections (depending on series) and custom configurations are also available.
Bi-Lobe Connectors
Shock resistant mil-spec Bi-Lobe and Nano-D connectors
Our mil-spec Bi-Lobe / Nano-D connector is even smaller and lighter than Micro-D and D-Sub. This can lower fuel costs, lengthen flight times and better resist shock and vibration for UAV’s and other airborne applications.
Bi-Lobe / Nano-D connectors are available in single or dual row, from 9 up to 65 contacts, terminated with Horizontal or Vertical SMT, Straight Tails, Horizontal or Vertical Thru-Hole, Flex Mount, Pre-Wired or Jumper. Panel mount housings are also available with Horizontal SMT, Straight Tails, Flex Mount or Pre-Wired.
We also offer Quick Latch Bi-Lobe connectors in Discrete Wired, Overmolded Cable, Panel Mount and PCB Mount. Tool free, these connectors offer ease of use without sacrificing high-reliability.
Polarized Connectors
Compact and highly reliable polarized Nano Connectors
The Polarized Nano is our most compact connector, and one of the smallest high-reliability connectors available. With .025” (.64 mm) spaced gold-plated contacts, each connector is configured with one row of pins and one row of sockets, creating a polarized formation without additional guide pins.
We offer Polarized Nano Connectors with pre-wiring, solder cups, Horizontal SMT, Vertical SMT, Straight Thru-Hole or as a ready-made cable assembly.
