the SCIO Brick® is engineered to deliver extraordinary energy density within a lightweight and compact design, making it perfectly suited for low-SWaP (size, weight, and power) applications in drones and robotic vehicles, especially in confined spaces.

This modular system can be expanded to provide high-voltage outputs, offering customized solutions tailored to meet specific energy demands.

Safety and reliability are paramount in the design of the SCIO brick®. An advanced battery Management System (BMS) ensures cell-level monitoring and provides real-time diagnostic data, enabling proactive measures before critical temperature thresholds are reached.

Each unit is equipped with a built-in barrier that effectively inhibits fire spread between cells, even under extreme conditions. This feature has undergone rigorous testing and is designed to surpass standard industry safety requirements, allowing SCIO Technology to offer high-energy Li-NMC packs that match the reliability of LFP solutions.

The SCIO Brick® system is perfectly suited for industrial applications involving drones and robotics,featuring a modular design that allows for efficient scalability and advanced thermal management,ensuring dependable performance even in the most challenging environments and during continuous operation.

The standard 48V unit can be seamlessly integrated into your platform as either a fixed or swappable option, with the capability to connect up to six bricks in parallel, delivering a total of 15.36 kWh of energy. Each unit is housed in a rugged IP67 or IP68-rated casing, which can optionally include an LED State of Charge (SoC) display and a pressure equalization vent. The system employs a CAN interface for smooth integration into unmanned vehicle networks.
