The ACM1000 digital MEMS vibration sensor, developed by Micro-Magic Inc, has established itself as a preferred solution for vibration monitoring due to its high accuracy, multi-parameter output capabilities, and strong resistance to challenging environmental conditions.

The ACM1000 features a three-axis MEMS sensor that is optimized for low noise, minimal drift, and low power consumption. It offers high-frequency response and low-noise performance, making it well-suited for applications requiring high-resolution vibration detection.

This sensor excels at identifying equipment faults early in condition monitoring systems. In addition to its exceptional performance, it consumes very little power. It also delivers accurate and consistent tilt measurements in environments with high impact and strong vibrations, without experiencing saturation.

The ACM1000 provides simultaneous outputs including vibration velocity (0–50 mm/s), vibration angle (0–180°), amplitude (displacement 0–30 mm), vibration frequency (1–100 Hz), and three-axis temperature data (X, Y, Z). These outputs comprehensively support equipment vibration condition monitoring.

High Accuracy with Low Noise
Through the use of digital filtering and monocrystalline silicon capacitive sensing elements, the sensor minimizes noise interference. Measurement precision includes:

Versatile Configuration & Seamless Integration
The sensor supports a variety of communication interfaces, including RS232, RS485, TTL, RS422, and CAN, and is Modbus-compatible. Address settings from 0x01 to 0xFF allow for sensor networking and distributed monitoring. With an integrated magnetic base and screw-mounting options, the ACM1000 is easy to install in diverse applications.
