Cell phone surveillance and detection
IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) numbers are unique to each mobile device, providing a means to identify every user within a mobile network. Our unique IMSI catching technology allows authorities to efficiently find and track all broadcasting mobile targets in range, pinpointing the actual location of the device to within a few metres.
Our Revector Detector systems use state-of-the-art software to detect the broadcasting IMSIs within range, locking onto them with a silent call and then narrowing down the location with a sophisticated directional finder.
When the Wi-Fi functionality is switched on, a mobile device is constantly seeking and interacting with new Wi-Fi networks – leaving a digital trace. Revector’s Wi-Fi catchers can be used to identify historic suspicious activity around buildings, locations, or specific places of high interest for criminal or terrorists activity.

Revector Detector IMSI Catcher UAV 3.0
Smallest, lightest and highest-performing IMSI catcher technology available
The Revector Detector IMSI Catcher UAV 3.0 payload provides detection, tracking and control of 2G, 3G and 4G mobile phones, and is ideal for law enforcement, military and security personnel, and search and rescue teams. Based around a dual SDR (software-defined radio), it extracts and records all IMSI, IMEI and TSMI data from devices in range, providing GPS location and timestamp.
The low-SWaP unit establishes a new mobile phone cell site, encouraging all GSM, UTMS and LTE devices in the area to connect. Once a target device is connected, the Revector Detector system provides a range of capabilities to the operator, including:
- Tactical mapping
- Forcing 4G devices down to 2G/3G
- GPS location extraction
- Specific target blocking
- Target battery draining
- Direction-finding via silent call
- Selective jamming (Denial of Service)
- SMS sending to target even when no network is available
The highly robust unit is compact, lightweight and easy to integrate. Revector’s revolutionary system has already flown on over 20 different multi-rotor, VTOL and fixed-wing UAV platforms around the world.
An add-on module is available for DJI drones that enables the payload to operate completely independently of the UAV with its own power and data connection, weighing just 0.5 kg and providing over 3 hours of operation on a single charge.
