T-DRONES, a leader in the production of long-endurance unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and innovative hardware, is set to expand its range of drone frames this year to meet increasing user demands.
At present, two models of long-endurance vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) drones are available for users.
VA25 Model Overview
The VA25 drone is designed with a unique locking propeller system that ensures stability even in adverse weather conditions, significantly boosting its flight efficiency.
This model boasts an notable endurance of up to 210 minutes, is rated IP55 for water and dust resistance, and can cruise at speeds between 80-90 km/h. Its intuitive design allows for rapid assembly and disassembly, taking only about 3 minutes.
Users can customize the payload according to specific mission needs, enabling the drone to perform a variety of tasks effectively.
VA23 Model Features
The VA23 drone is constructed from carbon fiber, making it both lightweight and robust. Weighing in at just 2 kg, it excels in flight performance while remaining easy to handle.
This model can sustain flights of up to 4 hours, significantly improving operational efficiency. It comes with a convenient backpack-style carrying case, making it portable and easy to transport.
Additionally, the VA23 is equipped with a reliable printed circuit board (PCB). A dual-circuit flight control servo power supply enhances safety, while a dual-circuit relay allows for remote operation of the camera and lighting systems.
Advanced Smart UAV PCBs
The VTOL series from T-DRONES features an advanced intelligent PCB designed to improve user experience.
All connectors are equipped with latches to prevent disconnections caused by vibrations. Power supplies and relays are fitted with LED indicators to show operational status.
The PCBs include a high-precision Hall galvanometer, and the flight control power supply is backed by a multi-channel redundancy system, complying with aviation industry standards. This ensures that even in the event of one or two power supply failures, flight operations can continue safely.
The 12V power supply, regulated by the flight control’s output, shares the same source as the main 12V output, simplifying the installation process with minimal connections required.
Enhanced Flight Durations
the latest lithium-ion batteries for the T-DRONES VTOL series are designed for high capacity, compactness, and energy density, significantly prolonging flight times.
T-DRONES ARES batteries are available in four specifications: 6s 16ah, 6s 22ah, 6s 27ah, and 6s 30ah.
these batteries achieve an impressive energy density of around 250 Wh/kg, providing greater electrical storage capacity.
Thay are built for longevity, maintaining full capacity for over 300 charge cycles, and their compact size and reduced weight make them more convenient than conventional batteries.
The discharge range for each battery cell is between 3.0 to 4.2V, with a maximum safe charging current of 15A.
T-DRONES is dedicated to advancing the development of VTOL UAV platforms and their accessories, focusing on enhanced endurance capabilities. The company plans to introduce innovative products that cater to a diverse range of user needs in the future.
