revolutionizing Drone Detection: the SpyDarView Interface
Cambridge Pixel has partnered with HBS Consulting to launch SpyDarView, an intuitive display software integrated with the advanced drone detection system, SpyDar.
The Growing Need for Effective UAS Detection
The increasing prevalence of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) has underscored the necessity for a portable and budget-amiable detection solution. This demand has led to the development of SpyDar,which effectively addresses these challenges.
innovative Technology Integration
SpyDar uniquely merges a collection of ultra-high-definition cameras with the Echodyne EchoGuard radar system. This innovative design allows the camera assembly to be mounted directly onto the EchoGuard radar, ensuring both sensor systems share a similar field of view and sensitivity. This integration eliminates the requirement for costly and intricate PTZ optical subsystems.
Enhanced Features with AI Capabilities
For further enhancement, users can opt for an AI-driven image processing module from Openworks, which facilitates automatic classification of detected targets.
User-Friendly Display and Controls
SpyDarView showcases radar detections alongside live panoramic and targeted feeds from the camera array. Radar tracks are clearly marked on both the PPI display and the panoramic view. The interface features a straightforward touchscreen control, enabling operators to adjust range settings and capture screenshots for documentation.
Designed for Durability and Customization
this display software is optimized for rugged tablet computers, exemplifying Cambridge Pixel’s ability to swiftly create tailored displays for new radar and camera systems.
