The collaboration between Xer Technologies and LINIA has successfully integrated LINIA’s automated flight route software with the Xer X8 UAV platform.

This partnership represents a important advancement in the realm of automated drone inspections,especially for powerline evaluations.

By merging LINIA’s complex automation capabilities with the Xer X8’s impressive endurance and payload capacity, the efficiency and productivity of drone inspections have seen remarkable improvements.This integration allows for a considerable increase in the number of inspections conducted daily.

Unlike conventional battery-operated drones, the Xer X8’s extended flight time enables a fourfold increase in daily inspections of power towers, thereby enhancing productivity and providing superior visual data to support inspection operations.

  • Efficiency: A single flight lasting 2.5 hours with the Xer X8, utilizing LINIA’s preplanned data, can capture high-resolution images of between 30 to 75 towers, depending on their dimensions.
