Introducing the CRS39A: A Cutting-Edge Solution for Precision Applications
The CRS39A stands out as the ideal choice for scenarios where bias stability, angle random walk, and minimal noise are paramount.
Advanced Technology behind the CRS39A
At its core, the CRS39A features the VSG3QMAX vibrating ring MEMS sensor from Silicon Sensing, representing the culmination of 15 years of innovative design. This sensor is part of a lineage that has successfully produced over 30 million reliable MEMS inertial sensors. The VSG3QMAX gyro sensor is paired with high-precision discrete electronics, ensuring exceptional stability and low noise levels. As an inevitable result, the CRS39A emerges as a competitive alternative to Fibre-Optic Gyros (FOG) and Dynamically Tuned Gyros (DTG).This latest iteration boasts entirely new drive electronics and enhancements to the sensor head, leading to superior performance metrics.
Compact Design and Enhanced Functionality
The CRS39A is engineered for installation within a cylinder that has a 25mm internal diameter, streamlining its design to a single PCB, a notable reduction from its predecessor, the CRS39 gyro. Additionally, it includes two onboard temperature sensors, and the resonant frequency of the MEMS allows for further external conditioning by the host system, which significantly boosts its operational capabilities.
