The Piaggio aerospace P.1HH HammerHead represents cutting-edge technology in unmanned aerial systems, specifically engineered for ISR missions. This UAS is outfitted with a range of advanced features that require remote oversight and management. Notable components include a elegant fuel system designed to optimize the aircraft’s center of gravity, a triple-redundant 28 VDC electrical generator to support all onboard systems, and a hydraulic dual pressure system for landing gear and braking.To effectively navigate the complexities of operating this advanced UAS, Piaggio sought a robust and adaptable control and monitoring system.

  3. UEI’s avionics I/O, featuring multiple channels, allows for the management of specific flight functionalities and the monitoring of onboard conditions during missions.
