This new feature has been seamlessly integrated with MicroPilot’s range of UAS (unmanned aerial systems) autopilots, starting with the latest version 3.7.1016 of MicroPilot’s HORIZONmp software. This integration offers system integrators a powerful landing assist tool, which is designed to alleviate the workload on operators and minimize the need for extensive training.

The Landing Aid developed by SightLine Applications utilizes video technology to facilitate safe landings, even in challenging environments where GPS signals may be weak or unavailable, such as urban canyons or indoor settings.
