Advanced Servo Propulsion Modules

Vertiq’s servo propulsion modules are engineered with a lightweight design that integrates a high-performance motor and ESC, complete with an embedded position sensor. This combination, along with complex motor calibration and control software, ensures exceptional propulsion efficiency, robust power output, and rapid motor response, as well as precise speed control and propeller positioning.

23-06 Servo Propulsion Module

Offered in both 2200KV and 220KV variants, the 23-06 servo propulsion module is a compact and lightweight solution that combines a high-performance 23-06 motor with a 30A, 6S ESC and position sensor. This module is recognized for its superior efficiency and precision in speed and position control, making it suitable for commercial and defense Group 1 small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS) applications. Typically, it is paired with propellers ranging from 4 to 7 inches in diameter.

81-08 Servo Motor Controller Module

Designed for Group 2 sUAS applications in both commercial and defense sectors, the 81-08 servo motor controller module is another ultra-compact and lightweight option. It integrates a high-performance 81-08 motor with a 60A, 12S ESC and position sensor, delivering exceptional efficiency and power output. This module excels in precision speed and propeller position control, featuring rapid motor response and active braking capabilities. It is indeed compatible with propellers measuring between 20 and 32 inches and is available in 150KV and 85KV versions.

Beta Propulsion Modules

The 23-14 drone motor controller module is a lightweight and compact propulsion solution that integrates a high-performance 23-14 motor with a 30A, 6S ESC and position sensor. This module aims to provide the same industry-leading benefits as the 23-06 while delivering increased power for larger propellers. The beta version will be available in 1100KV and is designed for use with 7-inch to 10-inch propellers.

40-06 Servo Motor Module

Another innovative offering is the 40-06 servo motor module, which combines a high-performance 40-06 motor with a 30A, 6S ESC and position sensor in a compact design. This module is engineered to achieve top-tier efficiency and power output, along with precise speed and position control, making it ideal for larger Group 1 sUAS applications. the beta version will be available in 380KV, with various KV options designed for compatibility with 9-inch to 17-inch propellers.
