Equipped with the Iridium Certus 9704 module, the compact RockBLOCK 9704 is designed for developers and systems integrators to easily enable reliable satellite connectivity into unmanned applications. Supporting the Iridium Messaging Transport (IMT) service, the RockBLOCK 9704 can send and receive packet loads of up to 100KB over the global Iridium network from anywhere on Earth.
The RockBLOCK 9704 is designed for prototyping, as well as for full deployments, with minimal set-up and a unified software stack that includes C and Python Libraries. Pre-paid airtime and data delivery information can be managed directly through our IoT platform, Cloudloop, which offers a wide variety of software integrations.
