Kraken Robotics’ ultra-reliable SeaPower rechargeable batteries offer market-leading energy density and endurance in a compact and lightweight footprint, and are designed as a modular capability that can be customized to meet the needs of a variety of platforms from small to extra-large unmanned underwater vehicles.

The advanced batteries use pressure-tolerant Li-ion pouch cells embedded in a silicon polymer matrix, eliminating the need for housings or oil compensation. Multiple batteries can be connected together to form power banks of up to 5 MW, and the fast charger allows up to nine batteries to be recharged in parallel, vastly reducing mission downtime.

Rated to depths of 10,000m, SeaPower batteries are expertly engineered for maximum safety and reliability at cell, battery, and system levels, and are compliant with U.S. Navy and maritime safety and transportation standards.
