Skyeton Showcases Advanced UAS Payloads at XPONENTIAL Europe
Skyeton has unveiled its cutting-edge payload innovations during the XPONENTIAL Europe event, introducing a new range of GLE multi-mission gimbals.
Highlighting the Raybird UAS
During the event held in Düsseldorf, Skyeton emphasized its premier Raybird unmanned aerial system (UAS) alongside the newly developed payloads.
Features of the GLE Series
The GLE series comprises advanced optical-electronic systems designed for optimal performance in demanding conditions. This series integrates three distinct sensors: a global shutter electro-optical (EO) sensor, a mid-wave infrared (MWIR) sensor, and a laser rangefinder.
Enhanced Video Capabilities
One of the standout features of the GLE series is its ability to concurrently record and stream video from all integrated cameras. It supports separate bitrates for both recording and live streaming, with automatic adjustments to optimize performance. Users can easily access recorded footage stored on a MicroSD card, and the system includes an energy buffer to ensure safe termination of video recording. Furthermore, the GLE series processes and displays telemetry data from the UAS, seamlessly integrating with the system via Mavlink.
