The Albatross is a high-endurance fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) built on a modified Pipistrel Sinus motorglider framework. Its robust fuselage and landing gear are specifically designed to withstand numerous daily operations and intense accelerations. The entire process of takeoff, landing, and flight is automated, activated with a simple button press.
This UAV excels in long-distance surveillance and monitoring tasks,and it can also deploy a smaller target drone weighing up to 280 kg (617 lbs).
