The Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) has officially included Ascent AeroSystems’ Spirit platform in its Blue UAS Cleared List, which recognizes approved small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS). This designation allows any U.S. government entity to purchase and utilize the Spirit without the need for additional technical assessments or approvals.
