Windform® SL is an advanced composite material, reinforced with carbon fiber, created by CRP Technology specifically for Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) processes. With an impressively low density of just 0.87 g/cc, this material excels in mechanical performance while maintaining its structural integrity. Its remarkable tensile modulus of 4033 MPa and tensile strength of 52.82 MPa make it notably suitable for components in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), where minimizing weight and maximizing rigidity are critical.

Extraordinary Thermal Stability and Performance

Designed to meet aerospace standards, Windform® SL offers outstanding thermal stability, with a Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) of 182.5 °C at 1.82 MPa.This characteristic ensures reliable performance even in high-temperature conditions. Additionally, its impressive impact resistance and superior surface finish—achieving Ra values as low as 0.83 µm post-CNC machining—render it ideal for both functional and visually appealing applications.
