Introducing the PT2-124: A Cutting-Edge hybrid Propulsion System
The PT2-124 stands out as a complex twin-engine hybrid propulsion system, equipped with two 124cc, 29hp two-stroke heavy fuel engines. Each engine is independently outfitted with its own cooling adn ignition mechanisms, complemented by an 11 kW generator that functions as a booster and starter, seamlessly integrated into the crankshaft.
This advanced unit features an integrated controller that automates engine management, facilitating processes such as starting, idling, and maintaining optimal torque levels. Additionally, it ensures the coaxial rotors rotate in perfect synchronization electronically.
