The VPX3U-A4500E-VO module is equipped with an NVIDIA RTX™ A4500 embedded GPU, housed within a robust 3U VPX framework. this GPU, based on the advanced NVIDIA Ampere architecture, features CUDA cores for efficient parallel processing, Tensor cores specifically designed for AI-enhanced computations, and Ray Tracing cores that deliver exceptional rendering performance. Additionally, the module incorporates a customizable PCIe Gen4 switch.

the NVIDIA Ampere architecture has brought forth numerous enhancements in both performance and energy efficiency. It offers greater flexibility in the utilization of CUDA FP32/INT cores, improved third-generation Tensor cores, and second-generation RT cores. The GPU is manufactured using an 8nm process, resulting in substantial power efficiency gains. These advancements enable the Ampere architecture to achieve up to 154 GFLOPS/W,nearly doubling the performance per slot compared to the previous Turing generation’s 86 GFLOPS/W and the Pascal generation’s 62 GFLOPS/W.

To maximize performance, effective cooling solutions are essential. WOLF’s state-of-the-art cooling technology efficiently transfers heat from the GPU die to the wedgelocks through a lightweight and high-efficiency pathway.
