Enhanced Compatibility Between YellowScan and Gremsy
YellowScan has announced that its LiDAR Mapper series, including the Surveyor Ultra, is now fully compatible with Gremsy’s renowned mounting system. This advancement allows drone operators equipped with a gremsy T3V3 female quick release to effortlessly lift and power YellowScan’s Mapper, Mapper+, or Surveyor Ultra systems without the need for extensive integration efforts.
Strengthening Partnerships for Seamless Integration
This advancement is set to bolster the collaboration between YellowScan and Acecore, providing users with ready-to-fly packages that combine Acecore’s drones with YellowScan’s advanced systems. The integration facilitates straightforward mounting and powering of LiDAR systems onto drones, enhancing operational efficiency.
Innovative Mounting Solutions for uavs
Le Huu Manh, the Mechanical Engineering Leader at Gremsy, stated,“In partnership with YellowScan,we engineered a male mounting solution that allows the YellowScan Mapper+ to be adapted to the Gremsy T3V3 Quick Release system. this integration enables the Mapper+ to be mounted on a variety of UAVs using Gremsy’s Damping V3 and Damping Plate Pro 2.0, allowing users to quickly switch between Gremsy gimbals (T3V3, T7, S1V3) and YellowScan payloads.”
Streamlining LiDAR Operations for Users
Tristan Allouis, CTO of YellowScan, emphasized the importance of efficiency in LiDAR operations, stating, “Our goal is to simplify the process for our users, which means that mounting our LiDAR solutions to UAVs should be quick and easy. Collaborating with Gremsy to develop a ready-to-mount solution was a straightforward choice, as it now takes mere seconds to set up a system. This innovation allows more UAV manufacturers, such as Acecore, to provide ready-to-fly LiDAR packages.”
