underwater Actuators
Specialized actuator technology for deep-sea applications
We have engineered a range of specialized actuators for submersible applications (AUVs, UUVs, ROVs). Each underwater actuator undergoes rigorous testing in our laboratory, simulating various atmospheric pressures for six hours.
The DA 22-SUB is crafted from marine-grade bronze and is designed to withstand depths of up to 100 meters (10 bar / 145 psi). It features analog position feedback and an integrated moisture and temperature sensor.
The DA 26R-30-5024 is engineered for extreme depths and pressure conditions, having been successfully deployed to depths of 2000m/6600ft.Its 90° angled, self-locking output drive ensures consistent positioning under load.
Submersible actuator housing options include saltwater-resistant aluminum or CNC-machined marine bronze. Communication can be facilitated through opto-coupler PWM, RS-422 PWM, or digital RS-485 options.
