Vanguard batteries are encased in a sturdy, pressure washer-rated housing and metal roll-cage, ensuring maximum protection in extreme conditions. Each unit undergoes extensive testing to endure shock, vibration, extreme temperatures, dust, and water immersion.
Prolonged Operational lifespan
Our batteries are designed for up to 2000 cycles at full power, maintaining 80% capacity even after extensive use. The maintenance-free units are fully serviceable, and due to their modular design, individual components can be replaced rather than the entire battery.

Simplified Integration & diagnostics
the adaptable battery units are equipped with two CANbus networks (including one SAE J1939 standard and one flexible) for straightforward integration with existing OEM systems, and troubleshooting can be conducted using standard CANbus diagnostic protocols.
A prequalified plug-and-play charging system can be installed either on- or off-board.

EFI Engines for Drones & UAVs
Vanguard V-Twin EFI engines have been selected for new pilot drone initiatives,powering UAVs designed to transport cargo over long distances to hard-to-reach areas.
