The PLANET 9523 TC06 Board serves as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) solution, designed to empower manufacturers and systems integrators in enhancing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) with satellite dialog (SATCOM) and LTE capabilities. This board is equipped with a 9523N Iridium modem alongside a Telit cellular modem, complete with SIM card slots and an SD card slot that supports data storage of up to 512GB. It offers impressive data transmission rates, achieving up to 50Mbps via LTE and 2.4kbps through Iridium. Additionally, multiple boards can be interconnected to boost overall data throughput.
This board facilitates IP connectivity while managing Quality of Service (QoS) across both Iridium and cellular networks. It includes various interfaces such as USB, serial, and Ethernet. For those who do not require LTE functionality,a variant of the board is available without this feature.
