Innovative Partnership for Advanced ISR Solutions
Gremsy USA and Easy Aerial are collaborating to develop cutting-edge intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) solutions that align with the U.S. Department of Defense’s Blue UAS initiative.
Combining Expertise for Enhanced Capabilities
This strategic alliance merges Gremsy USA’s state-of-the-art electro-optical and infrared payload technologies with Easy Aerial’s autonomous drone-in-a-box systems. the goal is to deliver secure, NDAA-compliant ISR solutions tailored for defense, public safety, and homeland security operations.
Leadership Insights
Ryan Le, the CEO of Gremsy USA, remarked, “This memorandum of understanding reinforces our shared commitment to providing U.S. defense and public safety personnel with ISR tools that are not only high-performing but also compliant and quickly deployable. The integration with Vio F1 and Osprey Blue UAS guarantees a thorough solution that addresses the immediate needs of tactical users.”
Ivan Stamatovski, CTO of Easy Aerial, emphasized, “with our Blue UAS certification already secured, our systems are primed for swift acquisition and deployment. Gremsy’s gimbals enhance our EO/IR capabilities in both tethered and untethered modes, which is essential for missions that demand continuous surveillance, overwatch, or remote operations.”
Supporting national Security Initiatives
Both companies, based in the United States and dedicated to utilizing domestically produced components, are responding to the increasing demand from government entities and defense integrators for operationally ready systems that adhere to rigorous operational and cybersecurity standards.
Prosperous Integration and Certification
Under the terms of thier agreement, Gremsy USA’s Vio F1 Blue UAS payload has been effectively integrated into Easy Aerial’s Osprey Blue UAS platforms. This collaborative effort, which began in 2024, culminated in a submission for evaluation in the Defense Innovation Unit’s Blue UAS Refresh Challenge in September of that year.
after extensive testing and compliance evaluations, including cybersecurity and technical performance assessments, the integrated solution achieved official Blue UAS certification in 2025. This development results in a robust, mission-ready ISR platform that enhances situational awareness and operational adaptability for U.S. military units and public safety organizations, ensuring reliable performance in complex and high-stakes environments.
