INF Inject stands at the forefront of developing cutting-edge EFI (electronic fuel injection) engines, specifically designed for commercial and industrial UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles). Our advanced drone propulsion systems significantly outperform customary carburetor engines in fuel efficiency, leading to extended flight durations, lower operational costs, and diminished emissions.
Beyond our standard products, we specialize in custom EFI technology integration, allowing for seamless compatibility with various leading drone flight control systems, including those based on ardupilot autopilots.
Dependable EFI solutions
Our EFI engines are the culmination of extensive research, growth, and rigorous flight testing, making them suitable for a diverse range of UAV platforms. Offered as complete solutions, our engines can be customized with options like alternators, starter-alternators, and generators to meet specific power needs, and can be fine-tuned for optimal fuel-to-air ratios.
The drone engine offerings from INF Inject feature numerous technological benefits, including:
State-of-the-Art CAD & Manufacturing – We leverage the latest computer-aided design technologies to conceptualize, simulate, and produce our products. Utilizing additive manufacturing and CNC machining,we can swiftly create both prototypes and market-ready components, allowing us to adapt quickly to evolving requirements.
Precision Electronic Ignition – In collaboration with Desert Aircraft Australia, we have engineered specialized Capacitor Discharge Ignition (CDI) systems for our engine lineup. The ECU and ignition mappings are meticulously calibrated to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.
Extensive In-House Engine calibration – Our sophisticated in-house engine testing facility employs cutting-edge tuning sensors, ensuring that every engine meets our stringent standards before reaching our customers.
Engine Temperature Management – We closely monitor cylinder head temperatures, and if they exceed safe limits, the EFI system initiates a fuel-rich injection process that uses fuel as a coolant. This feature significantly reduces the risk of permanent damage or in-flight failures.
