The Spatial FOG Dual represents an advanced dual-antenna moving baseline RTK solution within the Spatial FOG GPS-aided INS/AHRS framework. This system delivers exceptional heading accuracy whether the platform is in motion or at rest. Equipped with a triple-frequency Trimble RTK GNSS receiver, it achieves positioning accuracy of up to 8mm and is compatible with all existing and upcoming satellite navigation systems, along with the Omnistar service for enhanced precision.

This technology is especially beneficial for unmanned vehicle applications, especially in scenarios where single antennas may falter or where superior heading precision is essential, such as in unmanned marine surveying operations. It is also well-suited for unmanned aerial vehicles, where notable magnetic interference can render magnetic heading unreliable, and single antenna GNSS/INS systems may struggle to maintain accurate heading due to the platform’s three-dimensional movements and stationary hovering capabilities.
