The ServoMax series is meticulously designed to meet the demands of complex UAV applications, including heavy-lift cargo drones and urban air mobility (UAM). These durable servos are perfect for various safety-critical functions, such as controlling wing surfaces, swashplates, brakes, and payload bay doors.
Our innovative designs incorporate BLDC (brushless DC) and PMS (permanent magnet synchronous) motors, paired with analog Hall effect sensors and contactless encoders, ensuring precise rotor position control that enhances efficiency and longevity while reducing jitter. The rugged servos feature durable hardened steel gears and anodized aluminum casings. Each model undergoes rigorous environmental testing in accordance with MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461 standards, with select models also meeting DO-160 criteria. The tests conducted include:
