Vision4ce has unveiled the CHARM 100NX, an advanced standalone video processing board powered by the NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX, recognized as the smallest AI supercomputer globally. This new board delivers over three times the AI processing capabilities compared to NVIDIA’s previous Jetson TX2 model.
The CHARM-100NX is perfectly suited for embedded video and image processing tasks in unmanned systems, including uavs (unmanned aerial vehicles) and UGVs (unmanned ground vehicles). It is engineered to support Vision4ce’s GRIP View video management and image processing software tailored for electro-optical (EO) systems, and it can also operate the company’s DART video tracking software.
This innovative board utilizes the NVIDIA Xavier embedded processor, which features a multicore ARM processor alongside a robust GPU. It provides video interfaces for 6G, 3G, HD, and SD SDI digital video, and includes a mezzanine board for various video interfaces such as YPbPr, CameraLink, CoaXPress, and LVDS.
In addition, Vision4ce has created a variety of GPU-based embedded platforms designed for efficient AI computing applications. Their software solutions offer a framework with rules-based learning, enabling seamless integration of trained AI processes into existing systems.
