Volarious, a leader in tethered drone technology, in collaboration with Vantage Robotics, Inc.,has introduced the V-Line Pro Vesper,a tethered drone system designed for the Vesper micro UAV.
Unveiled at the 2024 AUVSI Xponential trade show held at the San Diego Convention Center, the V-Line Pro aims to enhance the capabilities of the Vesper UAV, providing operators with superior situational awareness.
In response to the growing demand for tethered systems compatible with blue UAS drones, Volarious has rolled out the V-Line Pro, which features a 25-meter (82 feet) tether and a portable DC-power tether station. This innovative system allows for unlimited flight time through a hot-swapping feature, significantly boosting drone performance and extending operational efficiency.
The V-Line Pro is also equipped with a new companion submission, V-Assist, which provides users with essential data and can function alongside other drone applications such as QGC or ATAK UAS Tool. This app enhances operational capabilities, allowing users to assess critical situations, monitor system health, and perform firmware updates.
