The KIV-79 is a low-SWaP (size, weight and power) crypto appliqué module that provides NSA-certified cryptographic capabilities for Mark XIIA Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) Mode 5 transponders. The compact NSA Type 1 product is designed for Secret and below interrogator and transponder functions, and is ideal for a wide range of UAV platforms.
The module is fully programmable and software-upgradeable, and features a field-replaceable battery that offers a lifetime of over 7 years.

Ultra-compact inline network encryptor with 200 Mbps throughput
The KG-250XS is an ultra-compact Inline Network Encryptor (INE) designed to provide secure IP encryption for up to TS/SCI communications. The NSA-Certified Type 1 HAIPE delivers over 200 Mbps aggregate, asymmetric throughput that can be split according to specific mission requirements, and is ideal for tactical UAVs as well as dismounted and mobile applications.
The rugged MIL-STD-810-compliant device features a field-proven software-upgradeable design, allowing it to keep pace with rapidly evolving cybersecurity requirements without the need for hardware changes. The KG-250XS provides Advanced Cryptographic Capabilities (ACC), is Over-The-Network Keying (OTNK) Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) Aware, and is Personal Data Encryption (PDE)-enabled.

The KG-250X is a low-SWaP NSA-certified Type 1 Inline Network Encryptor (INE) designed to provide secure IP encryption for up to TS/SCI communications. Delivering up to 200 Mbps aggregate throughput, it incorporates state-of-the-art cyber defense technologies, including Viasat’s Trusted Cyber Sensor (TCS) network monitoring service.
The rugged device is MIL-STD-810G-compliant and designed to withstand high-altitude airborne environments. It is available with copper-only interfaces or as a variant that allows mixed fiber and copper connectivity.

Non-CCI inline network encryptor with 200 Mbps throughput
The IPS-250X is a non-CCI inline network encryptor that provides secure IP communications up to Secret level for warfighters and government agencies with users that may either not have COMSEC accounts or wish to minimize COMSEC logistics and the costs associated with Controlled Cryptographic Items.
The compact and lightweight device is interoperable with CCI HAIPE devices operating in Suite B, and provides 200 Mbps aggregate throughput. The IPS-250X is currently deployed for NATO and Coalition interoperability. Ruggedized to MIL-STD-810G standards and compliant with MIL-STD-1275D and MIL-STD-704F specifications for in-vehicle and airborne equipment, it is ideal for UAV and unmanned systems applications and can be zeroed remotely in leave-behind scenarios.

Versatile rugged inline network encryptor with 2 Gbps throughput
The KG-255X is a highly versatile NSA-certified Type 1 Inline Network Encryptor (INE) that can operate either as a Layer 3 HAIPE or Layer 2 EDE, providing secure IP encryption for up to TS/SCI communications and delivering up to 2 Gbps (1 Gbps aggregate) throughput. It supports standard copper interfaces as well as single- and multi-mode fiber SFPs.
The rugged device supports configurations for one-to-one, many-to-one and many-to-many multicast scenarios, improving flexibility and reducing administrative overhead. It is designed to MIL-STD-810G standards and compliant with MIL-STD-1275D and MIL-STD-704F specifications for in-vehicle and airborne equipment.
