The FAA’s Operating Certificate, granted under Part 137, along with an exemption received in September 2023, empowers Volatus Aerospace USA Corp., the company’s american subsidiary, to utilize any drone sanctioned for agricultural tasks, including those weighing 55 pounds (25 kg) or more.
