Comprehensive Product Offerings
The X-ES portfolio of conduction and air-cooled products powered by the 4th generation Intel Core i7 processor includes the XCalibur4500 6U cPCI,XCalibur4530 6U VME,and XCalibur4540 6U VPX modules. These products are designed to maximize memory capacity and I/O capabilities while offering configurability thru two PMC/XMC sites.
For smaller aerospace and vehicle applications that demand high processing power and I/O versatility, X-ES provides the XPedite7570 3U VPX and XPedite7530 3U cPCI modules.Additionally, for applications with stringent size, weight, and power (SWaP) requirements, such as Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (uavs) and Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs), the compact XPedite7501 XMC and XPedite7550 Rugged COM Express modules are available.
Enhanced Management and Performance Features
X-ES has acknowledged the meaningful benefits in maintenance and diagnostics offered by the remote configuration and management capabilities of Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT) in its previous generation Intel Core i7 products. The graphics processing unit (GPU) within the 4th generation Intel Core i7 processor has seen significant upgrades, featuring additional execution units and achieving up to a 24% increase in raw performance.
